Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sankyo-Seiki MC101NS302ANN1B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gould parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Baldor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC025C0QS3E040B0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M432NCNO7207 manufactured by Gould and we are pleased to be able to service most Gould systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M3708T by Manufacturer Baldor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Alpha Brand LP120M0110111000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mts such as M8M1142AT equipment made by Mts have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mts products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mts" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M80403 made by Welco as well as the popular L3605T50 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M314 by A.-O.-Smith and M8M1142AT spares by Mts are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M2513T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
